Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason.

You can contact us via email in case you have to return the product, in this case you must assume the cost of shipping and it will only be done if you comply with the return policies in our return policy section. ROSAPISTACHO shop will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered. Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re- label, and reship them however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order total...so please be careful on the information that you provide. If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake

We normally ship after 2 days of placing your order, our shipments are made through DHL and it depends on where you are, it may take from 2 to 10 business days..

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. You must prove with photos and videos that the garment arrived in bad condition, it cannot be used and without its original package and label, we carefully pack each product and review it before making any shipment.
